My client are a true Kiwi success story who have been in operation for over 25 years, and are now an entity of a recognisable Australasian brand. They are industry leaders, providing a range of critical services with expertise across a range of key sectors. Located in Penrose, close to transport links and off the motorway. An experienced Credit Manager is required on a 6-month+ contract.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Operations Manager, this is a hands-on role where you will be managing a team of 5 across Accounts Receivables, Billings and Credit Control.

You will be well versed in taking the lead and providing direction to the wider team, as well as possessing strong business acumen to make key decisions.

Your duties will include:
**Duties**
- Managing the Accounts Receivable ATB
- Ensuring team meets KPI's and targets
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to reduce DSO and manage debtors risks
- Generate monthly, quarterly reports
- Review debtors forecast monthly
- Prepare debtors budget annually as requested
- Overseeing transactional team to ensure payments and billings are allocated and debtor accounts monitored and followed up on
- Focus on continuous improvement within in the department

**Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years experience as a Credit Manager
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team
- Strong communication skills internally and externally
- Willingness to roll-up your sleeves and provide hands-on support
