Office Administrator

We are seeking to employ a full-time office administrator to undertake a variety of administrative tasks. The position will be responsible
- Processing customer orders to ensure all job orders, job sheets, spec sheets, despatch dockets, delivery dockets, etc are accurately recorded and filed to enable accurate traceability and invoicing including keeping the Customer Worklist up-to-date.
- Data entry (including Accredo/Mercury).
- Booking transport as required.
- Checking data entry accuracy.
- Other general administration duties as required
The position would suit someone who enjoys communication with people, enjoys working in a team environment, and is well organised and able to multitask.
