**About the role**
- Ensures the works closely with Sales, Parts, and Administration to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Managing service booking system.
- Inbound and outbound service calls.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages system to record all sales.
- Maintain physical inventories.
- Daily automotiveaccounts and administration tasks to schedule and complete client invoices.

**What were looking for**:

- Significant experience in an administration role, with a variety of internal customers
- Experience in financial administration is an advantage
- Team player with excellent communication and people skills
- A proactive approach to ensuring consistent and repeatable customer satisfaction
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
