**The Role**
Reporting to the Group Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead this role is responsible for supporting the SkyCity's Diversity & Inclusion strategy, through timely and professional co-ordination and administration of employee initiatives, events and communications. This role will also provide support to the broader People & Culture team to identify ways to integrate Diversity & Inclusion principles into our employee policies and processes.
**About You**
You will be someone who is passionate about diversity and inclusion principles with experience working within your communities delivering initiatives to support this kaupapa. Strong communication skills are imperative as the role requires relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders whilst upholding a high level of integrity.
Your experience can be informal; if you are the lead on your marae, the champion of your local community, or simply known within your whānau as the organiser, this is an opportunity to gain formal experience for your CV.
