**Position Title**: Contract Administrator
**Salary Range**: $29.00-$35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
**Minimum Guaranteed Hours of Work**: 30-50 hours per week
**Location**: Hamilton, New Zealand
**Start Date**: As soon as possible

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Contract Administrator** to support our operational and administrative functions in Hamilton.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in contract administration, personal assistant, or similar administrative role; or
- A relevant Level 4 qualification or higher (e.g., NZQF Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent).
- Experience using contract management or scheduling software is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and schedules for management.
- Draft, manage, and file contracts and service agreements.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on behalf of senior leadership.
- Manage rosters, shift allocations, and job tracking using internal systems.
- Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, reports, and other key documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel and contract records.
- Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
- Attend internal meetings, record minutes, and monitor action items.
- Support the day-to-day coordination of security operations and administrative tasks.
- May supervise junior admin staff or provide onboarding assistance.
