We are seeking to appoint a **Deputy Chief Executive - Corporate **to support delivery of our strategy and enable smooth and efficient operation of the business. The DCE Corporate is responsible for internal health, safety and wellbeing; planning and performance; finance; people and culture; audit, risk and compliance; and Ministerial servicing. They will also be responsible for our high-performing legal teams, which include a high-profile prosecution caseload.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate commitment to achieving healthy work, safe work and equitable outcomes for all workers. You will be a thoughtful leader that understands how corporate functions support and enable delivery of frontline services and overarching strategies. You will be visibly committed to achieving equity, champion te ao Māori approaches within your work and use your leadership role to give effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
