Job Summary
A key relationship holder, leading a team in offering and implementing innovative PR, Content and Activation strategies whilst providing outstanding client service across designated accounts, on both an individual and team basis. Effective contribution across the agency through relevant participation in client and PHD Group business initiatives.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualified, supplemented by 3+years of strong PR/Social experience
- Good understanding of PR and strategic planning capabilities across several channels
- Active participation in creative sessions and workshops
- Ability to take into account stakeholders' requirements and their issues in problem solving and decision making
- Ability to challenge others (internal, client or creative agency) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcome
- Confident and articulate presenter
- Ability to coach and mentor junior members of the team
- Encourages positive agency culture and cross agency collaboration and integration
- Future focused
