**The Opportunity**
As a Maintenance Engineering Apprentice with #TeamGallagher, you will train and develop your skills towards a Level 4 Engineering Qualification. You’ll work closely with experienced maintenance team members, performing planned maintenance, attending to breakdowns, and actively contributing to our maintenance department's success.
Some of your key responsibilities in the role:
- Execute planned maintenance according to schedules
- Address breakdowns
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Record maintenance hours using our computerized system
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely job completion
- Follow lean management systems and uphold high standards of work
- Seek guidance and feedback to enhance your technical skills & safety practices
**The Fit**

- NCEA Level 2 qualifications, particularly in Mathematics, English, and Physics (pre-trade engineering course is a plus).
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to learning.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
