**About the role**

As a Commercial & Service Delivery Manager (known internally as a Commercial & Service Delivery Lead) at Genesis, you'll have the opportunity to drive operational supplier performance and ensure IT services align with our business strategies. This newly created role will join our team at a time of transformation where you will have the opportunity to design and shape service assurance at Genesis. In this role you will collaborate with IT leaders and the Senior Manager to foster innovation and continuous improvement within our organization.

In this role you will also;
- Manage operational supplier contract performance, ensuring alignment with Genesis's digital goals.
- Monitor and review supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, and cybersecurity standards.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support T&T financial planning.
- Assist in negotiating and executing supplier contracts that meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Oversee the change management process to ensure all changes are documented and impacts are clearly understood.

**About you**

We are looking for a relationships driven and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong customer service ethic.
- Demonstrated experience in managing supplier service delivery within tolerances of cost and risk.
- Previous ICT service delivery, operational or management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with various stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to design and implement new systems and processes.
