**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to take a leading role within the delivery squad. You will take full responsibility for the life cycle of a product from inception through to development launch and support.

You will be the central point for analysing and managing requests from the business stakeholders and clients taking ownership for the agreed solution and manage the delivery process including development tasks, data and other inputs necessary to resolve problems, communicate business solutions and document new processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maximising business value through ordering and prioritising the product backlog features and stories.
- Owning and sharing both the product or service vision and the product backlog on behalf of all business stakeholders.
- Working closely with the team and the tech lead to ensure that the team understand the product backlog and can effectively plan for sprints.
- Working with User Experience, Product, Marketing, Analytics, identified business stakeholders & the delivery team to gather requirements, identify customer personas, validate a true Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.
- Deepening the team’s knowledge of customer needs, motivations, and behaviour to influence designs that contribute to a rewarding customer experience.
- The Product Owner is responsible for documenting and communicating both the context and the decisions to the wider business and delivery teams.

**Key Requirements**:

- Ideally Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
- 3+ years experience as product owner / product management / business analyst within a highly complex technology based agile environment.
- Experience in customer and product discovery, implementation and measurement processes.
- Ability to understand complex business problems and create solutions through the use of technology with a view to simplify and streamline.
- Experience championing strategic priorities and helping others relate to and align to them.
- Experience making data driven decisions to monitor the success and health of products and services.
- A solid track record of working with customers to address their needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, building meaningful and collaborative relationships across all levels of the business.
- Experience leading a team and working collaboratively
- Ability to create clarity for a team with an organised work style that is structured, rigorous, and consistent.
- Experience using a robust toolkit of facilitation practices to build an open and collaborative environment.
- Ideally, proven experience working with innovative software development and projects of scale.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team.
