Administrator Intensive and Coronary Care Units

Permanent, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
Do you enjoy working in a welcoming and friendly environment? We have a permanent full time position in the Intensive and Coronary care units (Medical Services) to provide administrative and reception support for the units Monday to Friday.
This is a key position that provides a link between the units, internal and external departments and families/whanau. We need an enthusiastic and effective team member to provide a welcoming and courteous environment, while interacting positively with patients, their whanau, colleagues and the wider multi-disciplinary health team.
We need a person with excellent computer skills including accuracy, speed, formatting in order to produce high quality error-free documents, reports, and newsletters using Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with health related patient management systems is an advantage.
Most importantly, you will need to demonstrate professionalism and good time management skills. The role requires an accomplished communicator who is able to use their initiative proactively.
**Salary rnage**: $59,627 - $63,984
