About the Role:

As a Chapter Lead, you'll:

• Lead & Inspire: Provide technical and people leadership to a Chapter of a large reporting group, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Coach & Develop: Offer hands-on coaching and mentoring, creating a safe environment for the growth mindsets and practice skill-sets.
• Empower Growth: Support Chapter members in sourcing feedback, setting personalized goals, and crafting development plans.
• Technical consultant: Able to get hands on guiding software dvelopment as an expert in Web Development.
• Champion Quality: Ensure work quality, consistency, and simplicity—always striving to do things right.
• Set Standards: Define technical standards, tooling, policies, and guardrails for your Chapter.
• Stay Connected: Contribute hands-on to deliver Practice/Tribe/Platform outcomes, staying closely connected to your core craft.
• Workforce Planning: Balance Chapter capability and capacity with business needs—source and hire top talent as required.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with other leaders to mobilize talent and deliver ASB's strategic priorities.

• Creating and ensuring adherence to best-fit guardrails and tools.

• Frontend: React + TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, Responsive design, Accessibility, Performance
• Backend: C#, ASP.NET/MVC, REST APIs
• Security: Authentication & Authorization, Secure development
• Testing: Unit testing
• Other: SQL, NPM, Webpack, Functional/OOP programming
• Nice to haves: .NET Core, Kafka, Azure, E2E testing, Test-driven development
