As a Timber Yard Team Member at CARTERS PETONE, your primary objective will be delivering top-notch service to our trade customers. In this dynamic and physically demanding position, your expertise in forklift operation and customer service will be invaluable across our dry shed, panel, and timber yard store sections.
- Quickly and efficiently picking, assembling, and loading orders for our trade customers.
- Handling sales paperwork and documentation.
- Loading and offloading vans and delivery trucks.
- Monitoring yard inventory and product display levels to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Entry-level computer skills
- Physically fit
- A valid FULL NZ Driver's License is Essential
- Having a forklift license is preferred (possessing F endorsement & OSH Certificates are advantageous).
- Prior experience in a comparable yard environment is preferred.
- Having knowledge of the building industry is beneficial.
