Ready to be the heartbeat of a fast-paced, fun-loving sales team? At The Roofing Store Wellington, we’re looking for an Internal Sales & Customer Service star to keep our customers happy, our orders flowing, and our sales ticking over.

**What you’ll be up to**:

- Taking customer orders and processing them **a**ccurately and efficiently
- Sharing your product know-how with customers and the sales team
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Providing trade and building customers the info they need, fast
- Teaming up with our sales crew and production staff to keep things running smoothly
- Being the friendly voiceof The Roofing Store

**What we’re after**:

- Experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service
- Computer-savvy and quick to pick up ERP systems
- Knowledge of roofing or building products (a big plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Organised, reliable, and ready to jump into a busy environment
- A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for taking ownership
