ADT is moving into an exciting phase, we have recently been completed a divesture and are now a Pacific owned business with a strong local leadership team.

The Role:

We are seeking a Customer Success Consultant to join our team supporting ADT's customers in Wellington.

About the role:

  • Answering incoming external and internal phone calls
  • Monitoring and managing job queues for all jobs
  • Ensuring all stock is ready for technician pick up daily
  • Monitoring and managing the action queues
  • Managing incoming  stock and returns
  • Commissioning of new installations
  • Providing knowledgeable and helpful customer service
  • Identifying and communicating issues impacting the business
  • Ensuring follows up are completed as required
  • Following through on retaining customers' business and providing contract details when requested

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of MS Office software experience such as Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Strong organisation, administrative and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well both within a team and independently
