We are currently recruiting for a talented Business Improvement Advisor to join our Business Improvement team.

**Ideally you will bring**:

- Experience or an understanding in supporting small or large improvement projects and activities
- A hands on approach to supporting delivery of successful outcomes
- Ability facilitating sessions, using visual management and/or working with customers to elicit their needs
- Ability working with and/or developing standard operating procedures
- Analytical abilities that enable you to uncover and analyse data to support baseline measurements and realisation of benefits
- Influencing and interpersonal skills to support the achievement of positive outcomes for the Service
- Communication skills to maintain and grow trusted relationships
- Ability to learn new skills and translate this into practical actions in the role
