Our **Economic Strategy Directorate** has been established to steer the Treasury's thinking on economic and regulatory strategy, through helping the government navigate its short-to-medium term economic priorities while also addressing the long-standing economic challenges our country faces. We work across the Treasury and externally to provide advice that focuses on solutions to address complex cross-cutting issues.
**Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and driven **Executive Assistant **to support the Director, Economic Strategy, and the Regulatory Strategy team, within Treasury's **Economic Strategy Directorate**. This is a one-year fixed-term role.
Day to day you will work on the following:
- Manage calendar/diary and setting up meetings
- Inbox management
- Coordinating weekly meetings for your director / teams
- Act as the point of contact and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements when required
- Processing invoices
- Liaising and building relationships with other administrative staff within Treasury
- Supporting the Director to build a collaborative, supportive and fun culture across the Directorate
- Coordinating the publication of documents on the Treasury's external website.
