**About the Position - Mō te Tūranga**

The Service Delivery Manager leads the Information Management Division's Service Delivery Unit to ensure the organisation delivers ICT services globally. This unit comprises of 28 team members across functions including:

- A 24x7 Service Centre
- End User Computing
- Enterprise Applications Support
- ICT Training
- Change/Release Management

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will actively contribute to the shaping of the information and digital services strategy and direction. You will develop and maintain effective framework for operation management, escalation and governance to ensure delivery to agreed service levels with emphasis on continuous improvement.
