**About you**:
You will be a senior-level Service Delivery Manager ready to take on your next big role. Ideally, coming from a large enterprise and/or technology vendor environment. Capability will get your foot in the door but attitude will define your success. You will be versatile and adaptable to managing change and enjoy working closely with both internal teams and key client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
As the sole Service Delivery Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and delivery of projects. You will lead innovation in service delivery, driving improvements in people, processes, and technology. Other key responsibilities include:
Managing a range of clients nationwide, ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to service objectives.

Optimise resource schedules to deliver high-quality services.

Ensure successful stakeholder engagement and key stakeholder relationships are managed.

Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and risk mitigation.

Provide key project metrics and reporting to stakeholders on a monthly basis.

Collaborate with the network and hardware teams to support improved performance.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Service/Project Delivery, including client operations, contract/commercial management, reporting, financial oversight, and incident/risk management.

Strong leadership and relationship management skills within a customer centric lens.

Proven experience in process improvement and documentation, championing a continuous improvement mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Comfortable working autonomously with a high level of IT and professional services business understanding.

Proficiency in business technology tools (e.g., Google apps, Word, Excel).

A relevant certification in ITIL and/or Lean Six Sigma would be helpful
