- We're looking for a Business Systems Specialist to add technical expertise to our Te Whakatairanga Service Delivery (TWSD) team.
- In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues, system users, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure business systems work well and resolve faults when they arise.
- You'll support the technical direction of CRM and Case Management business systems, and ensure our systems are efficient, cost-effective, and well-integrated. If you thrive on solving complex problems and influencing outcomes through expert advice, this is the role for you.

- **Skills and Experience Required**- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a knack for innovative problem-solving.
- Broad understanding of business systems and experience working with multiple ICT suppliers.
- Proven ability to lead the technical direction of web and CRM-based business systems through strong stakeholder engagement.
- Specialist technical competence and sound judgement in ICT projects and programmes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of IT standards and methodologies (e.g. ITIL, SDLC, Agile).
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field-
- **Minimum 1 years' experience in**:

- Resolving business system faults when they arise
- Reviewing systems proactively to minimise outages
- Working with case management, CRM, search tools, and data exchange systems.
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps and their development/admin requirements.
