Duty Manager

In our venues, beer is the hero, and we welcome people in to enjoy that experience. Our Duty Managers are proactive, effective communicators with a passion for food and beverages.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the bar is fully stocked, food preparation for bar opening
- changing the kegs
- ensuring all staff and visitors at the bar are well looked after
- upholding the right conduct within the bar.
- Assisting with the organization/running of events held in the bar
- Maintaining the bar bookings diary
- Creating an atmosphere that is conducive to responsible drinking
- Purchasing responsibly for catering supplies
- Ensure that the bar area is well maintained and at a high level of cleanliness and presentation
A few key things we require from you include at least 1 year's hospitality management experience at a similar level and holding a duty manager license. We also need you to be flexible to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
This role will suit an individual who can bring with them creativity, flair and flexibility. Passion for beer, wine & food with knowledge of current and future hospitality trends will enable you to contribute to our growth.
