**About the Role**

As the **Duty Nurse Manager Lead**, you will:

- Lead and support the DNM team, ensuring strong organisational connections and consistent communication
- Maintain a portion of DNM FTE/hours to stay connected with operational challenges and practices
- Develop staff and processes, including guidelines and standardised ways of working
- Represent the DNM team at an organisational level, advocating for service needs
- Provide cover for the IOC Operations Lead/Nurse Manager and support day-to-day departmental operations

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have experience as a **Duty Nurse Manager** or in an equivalent senior nursing role
- Demonstrate strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work to deadlines and achieve outcomes in a dynamic, unpredictable environment
- Have a robust understanding of patient flow and a desire to contribute to solutions
- Show the ability to coach and develop staff, with a commitment to professional growth
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and strong communication skills
- Demonstrate strong clinical leadership and a patient
