**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety

regulations.
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient

manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Assist in staff training and development programs.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during shifts.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid Duty Manager certificate (preferred but not essential).
