**Registered Nurse | Heath Professional Home Support Coordinators ~ ** **Northland wide positions with potential to work remotely after training in Whangarei**
**Monday to Friday office hours - no shift work/public holidays**
**Compensation**:
This position offers the opportunity for periodic remote work/home-based work following a 6-week training period at our Whangarei Office. You will have the support of a Team Leader and Registered Nurses, as well as office backup. The role operates during Monday to Friday office hours, eliminating the need for shift work or work on public holidays. However, there may be a requirement for After Hours phone cover in urgent situations.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Qualified Registered Nurse Or Health experienced Community Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with individuals in our community, including older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those receiving ACC/rehabilitation support. Your primary focus will involve visiting Clients in their homes, coordinating their support services, and ensuring their ongoing well-being.

- Clean driving record, as daily travel to Clients' homes is required across all service areas.
- New Zealand residency or citizenship.
