**_In this role you will:_**
- Coach and mentor our team to achieve State of Service targets
- Monitor and review service productivity rates, seek continuous improvement around this
- Find efficiencies in service runs to improve productivity
- Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises
- Ensure Company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards
- Ensure the team's company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable and clean condition
- Proactively resolve customers' servicing issues
- Develop and maintain long term customer relationships

**_To succeed in this role:_**
- You'll have 2 to 3 years' experience in a Supervisor / Team Leader role within a service management or operations environment;
- You will have preferably have experience in Washroom Hygiene;
- You will be a strong communicator, self-motivated and highly customer focused;
- Experience in implementing Health & Safety resolution and regular reporting to higher management;
- Have a high standard of personal presentation, a desire to succeed, organisation skills and a solution oriented focus;
- Possess a strong work ethic, a sense of humour, a passion for customer service, and enjoy and share the thrills of winning as a team.
