We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced supervisor to lead our newly established Palmerston North Branch. This is a hands on role looking after three Drivers, and managing the day to day running of our metro deliveries throughout the Manawatu area.

To succeed in this role you need to be a strong operator, who is fast to think on your feet to solve problems quickly and effectively. You need to be big on safety and compliance and have high standards when it comes to ensuring our customers receive the best service always.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising, motivating and supporting your team of Drivers
- Organising daily plans
- Championing our values and best practice Health & Safety culture
- Reporting and paperwork as required
- Participating in projects from time to time
- Hands on support to the team at all times
