**About The Role**

The Operations Supervisor oversees logistics and secure management of confidential information, including paper files, digital media, and document conversion. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations, service standards, and client satisfaction through team management, training, and resource allocation. This hands-on role involves maintaining facilities, fleet, and equipment, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety protocols while fostering a positive team culture.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring all operational tasks are executed to the highest standards with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Continuously reviewing service levels and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Monitoring and following established systems and processes, recommending improvements as needed.
- Leading and motivating a small team through excellent communication, feedback, and coaching.
