**Ready to make an impact?
**We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our portfolio management team here in Aotearoa. Joining us, you’ll be responsible for both the strategic and day to day property management and work closely with the wider team to guide and implement property decisions right across the business. This role is also required to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to achieve market leading property outcomes and is required to deliver on the portfolio plan meeting business objectives for tenure, occupancy costs, lessor contributions, convenience and customer amenities.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
**You will be facilitating growth for our business through delivery of the best property network for our customers within a geographic location.

You will also be responsible for:

- Liaising with external partners (e.g. landlords, agents, valuers and consultants) on proposals to ensure clear communication and execution of business objectives
- Working to implement the endorsed property portfolio strategy through negotiation of property transactions to improve existing sites and secure new sites
- Contributing to the selection and contract management of outside suppliers, contractors and/or tenants in line with set programs and requirements Managing and building relationships with all stakeholders to ensure ongoing regulatory and legislative compliance

**About You | Mōu
**To succeed in this role you will bring prior experience in a commercial property role managing a portfolio of properties, and a good understanding of commercial leases. A tertiary qualification is ideal, however not a prerequisite.

With strong business and financial acumen, you’ll bring excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to engage, build and maintain key stakeholder relationships. Your proven ability to prioritise and tactically manage a wide range of commercial property initiatives will be essential in the role, as will your ability to balance commercial outcomes aligned with our Ways of Working.
