Foodies is a place where almost 25,000 people are proud to work. Over the past 100 years we’ve built up a network of almost 350 PAK’n’SAVE’s, New World’s, Four Squares and Gilmours stores across the North Island.

We are currently looking for a Property Asset Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.

**About the role**

As Property Asset Manager you’ll look after a substantial portfolio, taking ownership for leasing, repairs and maintenance as well as working with the team on capex projects and strategic planning within your regional portfolio.

With a portfolio of 90 single occupancy properties ranging from West Auckland through to the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, you’ll be tasked with maximising return on investment for Foodies. Key areas of responsibility include:

- Lease management and rent review
- Management of ongoing repairs and maintenance
- Compliance with all property related acts and regulations
- Stakeholder management, both internal and external

**About you**

Your experience in a commercial property management or a facilities based role will give you the knowledge of NZ property acts and regulations and property asset management practices. A natural people person, you’ll be able to build and maintain strong relationships while still being able to negotiate and have the “tough conversations” when required. Commercially savvy and with a collaborative and consultative work style, you’ll be self-managing and results driven.
