**About the role**

As the Property Coordinator you will be an integral part of the Property Asset Management team. Supporting the leadership team, your organisational capability and diligence will ensure effective process and maintenance of accurate property and financial systems for the entire (Foodstuffs North Island) property portfolio.

You will be responsible for a wide range of activities that focuses on administrative projects, and from time-to-time facilities management (reactive and proactive) for all our properties on the North Island.

You’ll also:

- Coordinate with all internal departments to resolve member and vendor account enquiries
- Assist the team with systems and processes to ensure that our properties are maintained to a high standard
- Assist the Senior Property Asset Managers with the overall administrative management of the portfolio and tasks to ensure the successful management of all properties

**About you**

Ideally you’ll have a broad understanding of financial principles and have meticulous attention to detail which will enable you to accurately manage a database of high-quality information that drives our accounting and billing systems.

You’ll also have:

- Great Excel proficiency (e.g. vlookups, pivot tables) with good analytic skills
- Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders
- A collaborative working style yet be able to stand on your own two feet
- Ability to deliver high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible and able respond to incoming requests
