**What will you be doing?**

Reporting into our Senior Marketing Manager - Automation Lead, this role will contribute to the success of Tower by working as part of the marketing team, developing and implementing customer and data-centric communication with a focus on achieving amazing growth, brand engagement, and customer retention.

**On a day-to-day basis you can expect to do the following**:

- Create amazing customer-centric communication and digital/direct campaigns
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and marketing automation platform support where required to ensure a smooth implementation of activity
- Manage any business risks associated with the role
- Manage the full process, from data brief creation to content creation and agency/vendor engagement, to deliver campaigns on time and in budget

**What you'll need**

You will be results-oriented and thrive on creating compelling, relevant targeted digital and direct marketing campaigns that engage and shift the dial, from concept through to execution. You will thrive on working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment, focused on creating amazing experiences our customers and people rave about.

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- 5+ years' experience in a digital/direct marketing role.
- Experience leading the delivery of targeting paid media campaigns.
- Strong data analysis / reporting skills with experience running A/B testing to optimise ongoing performance and an understanding of how that translates into commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication and well-developed relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills/ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Able copywriter for writing marketing and customer communications.
- Proven digital marketing skills & understanding of platforms and reporting.
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret and/or compare program results to identify key learnings. and make solid, strategic recommendations.
