FIS is managing a key transformation program for a major banking client and we are looking for a Program Director to lead this important program. As the Program Director, you will be the main point of contact for the program, representing the client and ensuring their interests align with the objectives of our business.

You will provide leadership to the program team and act as the link between the program and our delivery partners across the FIS organization.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Ensure the program follows an appropriate project management framework aligned with FIS MBP Standards
- Secure necessary resources and expertise from the client organization to ensure program success
- Coordinate and direct end user input
- Coordinate value management strategy
- Control changes following approval
- Manage risks to the program
- Manage the program budget, including risk allowance
- Establish formal reporting arrangements on program progress
- Define criteria for control and management of the program
- Receive and review detailed reports on the program
- Ensure timely decision-making for the program
- Establish a mechanism for regular dialogue with the client to promote problem-solving, teamwork, and risk sharing

**What You Will Need**:

- A proven track record of leading similar large transformation projects in the banking industry or other sectors
- Ability to build strong relationships, understand key issues, and provide guidance
- Experience with risk assessment and management principles and processes
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders within and outside the program
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
