Great opportunity for a strong, dynamic leader to join our commercial property management team. Reporting to the National Director this is a pivotal account leadership role overseeing the day to management of premium commercial real estate assets as well as property team.
- **The Opportunity**:

- Lead and Inspire: Manage commercial assets and a team of commercial property and facility managers ensuring client expectations are delivered in line with expectations across a premium commercial portfolio
- Drive Growth: Support and create business development initiatives for new and existing clients, identify fresh opportunities for expansion
- Shape National Strategy: Collaborate closely with our National Leadership team on strategy
- Champion Excellence: Conduct performance reviews, drive succession planning
- Ensure Compliance: Strong financial acumen within the property sector

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience at a management level in Commercial Property or Asset Management
- Preferably a strong industry network across the NZ commercial sector
- Comfortable winning new business through business development strategies
- The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Sound financial acumen and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and work to tight deadlines
- A real estate licence (or prepared to complete)
