**FUNCTION AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**


**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process and organise orders from the Customer Service Inbox as directed by the Customer Service Team Leader.
- Enter customer orders with a high level of attention to detail.
- Liaise with other departments as required to achieve positive outcomes for Allflex NZ and our customers.
- Aid and support key department activities, initiatives, and projects.
- Ensure a high level of knowledge is developed and maintained, of the entire Allflex product range.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the entire Allflex product range.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Customer-first disposition.
- Previous Experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Excellent communication, both over the phone and in person.
- Possess a “can do” approach with a genuine desire to work with others in achieving desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs, and the ability to quickly adapt to the use of new computer programs.
