**About the Role**

We are seeking to expand our talented team and welcome an experienced, creative and passionate 3D Technical Artist.

Supporting the Lead Technical Artist and Art Director you will provide professional technical 3D art services to Altered Phoenix.
- Main responsibilities including but not limited to:_
- Produce, review and maintain 3D character rigs
- Collaborate with the Art team to test & implement rigged assets in engine
- Assist in producing and refining keyframe and mocap 3D character animations
- Collaborate with the Development team to implement animations and animator systems in engine
- identify repetitive or time consuming processes in art pipelines and resolve them with custom tools or automation
- Produce process and technical documentation as required

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge/Artistic expertise:_
- Experience developing 3D animations from reference through to completion
- Experience working with & optimising motion capture data
- Experience in Maya, Blender or similar 3D animation software
- Experience creating tools with Python
- Knowledge of basic bipedal/quadrupedal anatomy
- Knowledge of Git or similar version control software
- Knowledge of the Unity and/or Unreal game engines
- Tertiary Creative Software or similar qualification
