**Creative Producer with experience in Crypto/NFTs and Gaming metaverses**

In December 2021, less than a year after being founded, Non-Fungible Labs “FLUF World” project was named as one of the top 10 NFT projects of 2021 by CoinTelegraph, and in a recent Forbes article was put head to head against Facebook/Meta in the fight for an open and inclusive metaverse.

FLUF World exists on an underlying digital infrastructure, powered by innovative brands in the blockchain, NFT, gaming, media and sustainability spaces. Having just recently announced partnerships with the likes of Snoop Dogg and Wētā Workshop, we are entering a second phase of growth as we continue to cement our position as industry leaders in NFTs and the metaverse.

We are looking for a driven and highly organised Creative Producer to plan and oversee our creative projects and ensure their completion within scope and on time in accordance with project briefs. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will be part of the Creative team and interface with artists throughout the 3D creative pipeline. You will ensure alignment of projects and communicate with the Creative Director and/or Product Owners for approval within each phase of the creative pipeline.

**Key responsibilities**
- Creating project timelines
- Managing and aligning artists to keep projects on track in accordance with project briefs from the Product Managers and Brand Owners
- Working with the Art Director to ensure stakeholder requirements are met
- Generating and ensuring approval from stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating future project roadblocks

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or Project Manager ideally within the 3D space
- A strong ability to manage project timelines
- Proven experience in project management/task tracking tools, such as ShotGrid, Jira, Asana, Mondays, ClickUp, etc.

**Bonus points for**
- Experience with gaming, NFTs, crypto, or 3D art
