**Description**:

- Winstone Aggregates is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead our Auckland and Waikato laboratory operations. This is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining high standards of technical excellence, safety, and quality across both sites. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our laboratories remain industry benchmarks for accuracy, efficiency, and innovation.**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead and inspire a team of 8-12 laboratory professionals across two regional sites.
- Maintain and enhance IANZ accreditation and ISO17025 compliance.
- Provide technical expertise in aggregate, soil, concrete, and asphalt testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality testing services.
- Drive continuous improvement in laboratory systems, safety, and service delivery.
- Represent Winstone Aggregates in industry groups and client engagements.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, or Technology, or IANZ Technical Expert status.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in an accredited laboratory environment.
- Proven knowledge of ISO17025 quality systems and laboratory best practices.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A full NZ Class 1 driver’s licence.
- A passion for innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
