**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Our client's busy and successful Laboratory specialises in crowns, bridges and implants. Their goal is to produce the very best products an deliver superior customer service to become an industry leader. The Auckland team of 10 work in a friendly and modern premises in central Auckland. Private parking is available.

**ABOUT THIS POSITION**
**You must reside in, & have the right to live and work, in New Zealand.**

**CORE DUTIES**
- Manage technicians and auxiliary staff to provide suitable support, training and development
- Contribute to and ensure a safe working environment for all employees, clients, visitors or any other stakeholders
- Take the lead on continuous improvement of processes and procedures to offer unrivalled customer service
- Plan details of production activity in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available, and labor requirements
**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- A formal qualification would be highly regarded
- Proven experience working in a similar role, preferred
- Advanced technical skills and knowledge across ceramics, implants and CADCAM, advantageous
- Be a Registered Dental Technician, preferred but not essential

You must reside in, and have the right to live and work, in New Zealand.
