We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent leadership and people skills to join our high performing Broker Personal Lines team as a Personal Lines Operations Manager.
You will have 5 -7 years of experience in personal lines underwriting, coupled with a proven track record of leading and managing underwriting team leaders. You’ll love implementing process changes and helping the team to meet customer enquiries within agreed timeframes. You’ll also enjoy change and variety, as no two days are the same within our fast-paced but highly rewarding environment.

Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you’ll be responsible for:

- Delivering Underwriting profitability in Ando’s Personal Lines through the development and implementation of robust strategy and by performance monitoring to that strategy.
- Work collaboratively with Personal Lines team to identify opportunities for improvement, problem solving & synergies in business.
- Ensure positive customer experience within the Personal Lines Team.
- Working constructively with all areas of underwriting to find agreeable solutions aligned to strategy.
- Undertaking market research, analysis, and assessment of trends, competition, and customer requirements.
- Ensures all risks are underwritten and accepted within authorised limits, and in accordance with treaty exclusions, conditions, and limits.
