**Prime Responsibility**:
To work with our Insurer partners to provide personal lines insurance solutions & assistance to both our internal & external customers including administration, technical support and business development through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation.

**Accountabilities**:
**Account Administration Support;**
- Providing outstanding customer service to both our internal & external customers.
- Servicing of small client accounts with assistance as required from senior members of the branch team.
- Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
- Comply fully with the Company's errors and omissions avoidance policy.
- Timely and accurate production/processing of:

- new business quotation and schedules.
- renewal documentation.
- invoices and related policy accounting documentation.
- premium and adjustment calculations.
- information and documentation for pre-renewal and broking meetings.
- certificates of currency.
- up to date computer system records.
- current and outstanding documentation follow ups.
- claims documentation as required.
- premium funding documentation.
- credit control & agency invoice management.
- all other documentation.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
- A flexible, self-motivated, adaptive and responsive approach.
- Ability to work proactively and independently both as an individual & as part of a large team.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Personal Lines experience in the insurance industry.
- Work towards professional qualifications.
