**Your Opportunity**:
We are in search of a highly motivated, experienced, and team-oriented Line Manager to join our innovative East Tamaki plant. This role plays a pivotal part in our business, as you will oversee and lead the team to meet and exceed performance targets. Your success in managing production lines is crucial.

In addition to leading from the front, you will be tasked with motivating, developing, and empowering a sizable team to achieve their professional and personal goals. Demonstrating a natural passion for leading teams, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will set you apart.

Having up-to-date knowledge of GMP requirements is essential to ensure your team adheres to current GMP best practices. Ideally, you will also possess familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies, or have a strong desire to learn these techniques to enhance performance in a complex environment.

Your dedication to continuous excellence and innovation will aid in driving improvement projects with your team. A demonstrated ability to manage processes, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail are also critical.
