**The role**

Join our Personal Lines team as a Team Leader and play a key role in shaping the future of insurance with our broker partners.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of 5-10 underwriters, coaching and developing them to deliver high-quality outcomes for brokers and customers. You’ll provide technical guidance, support complex underwriting referrals, and ensure performance standards are met, all while creating an environment where people can grow and succeed.

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you’ll also contribute to projects, process improvements, and portfolio initiatives that support Ando’s continued growth.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced insurance professional with leadership capability who’s passionate about people development, underwriting excellence, and driving innovation in a digital environment.

**Qualifications and experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in Personal Lines underwriting, claims, or portfolio management
- Strong technical knowledge of Personal Lines products and insurance legislation
- Proven leadership or people management experience (3+ years preferred)
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with commercial acumen
