**He angitūtanga**: About the Role
This role reports to the Manager Careers & System Integration, Careers & Investment Design. This role will be focused on working collaboratively across the team, directorate, organisation to leverage data, insights, research and customer needs to inform the integration of Careers and Investment systems, and delivery of key strategies.
- Leading or contributing to research projects that may incorporate literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative research with customers, and data analysis.
- Collaborating within the team and with others to develop integrated outputs.
- Presenting and communicating insight across TEC to bring a deep understanding of customers into decision making at TEC.

The team carries out a broad range of work across Research, Evaluation & Monitoring, Careers and Strategy, and Insights & Analysis portfolios.

**He kōrero mōu: What we are looking for**:
We are seeking someone with a proven record in successfully supporting and sometimes leading significant pieces of work and/or projects including working on a large number of projects simultaneously. You will bring the following
- Experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative customer/end-user research (with a willingness to get involved in both). Quantitative data analysis skills would also be desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with multiple projects on the go.
- Storytelling skills, with the ability to distil complex information into accessible, enagaging outputs that drive action.
- Cultural capability to ensure your work delivers for Māori and other traditionally under-served groups. Experience or an understanding of Kaupapa Māori research methodology would be an advantage.

The salary range for this position starts from $93,327 up to $109,797 + 3% KiwiSaver depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
