We are looking to recruit an experienced Health and Safety Company Representative for our Rotorua based client. They are looking for someone to provide outstanding support to our client, you must be passionate about the Health and Safety field.

**Duties/Responsibilities will include**:

- Managing site compliance with H&S regulations, emergency response activities and participating in H&S performance improvement initiatives.
- Completing audits, ensuring audit findings are closed out and recommendations are in place.
- Ensuring all safety issues are managed in line with best practice, company policy and legislative requirements.
- Monitoring the implementation of all safety related corrective action.

**Attributes we are looking for**:

- Good negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal relationship management.
- Detail orientated, and solutions based.
- Ability to speak to a wide range of people in a professional manner.
- Ability to work unsupervised, use initiative and make sound decisions.
