Tasks
- Work closely with the manager to meticulously coordinate and manage property development projects
- Conduct regular on-site visits to oversee project progress, fostering collaboration with on-site professionals
- Oversee contractor activities, meticulously reporting on variations in work orders
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
- Coordinate seamless communication among project stakeholders, ensuring efficient information flow
- Maintain precise project documentation and records to uphold organisational standards
- Proactively identify and address project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and smooth project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Collect and analyse data associated with projects, producing comprehensive reports on project outcomes
- Responsively handle inquiries and resolve problems related to contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and individuals affected

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business or related field
- Experience: Previous experience in project administration or a related field preferred
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with business partners and team members
- Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with project management software is a plus.
