Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in the health sector? We're looking for an exceptional Reimbursement Administrator to join our dedicated team for a fixed term of 6 months.
Our team supports the recruitment, allocation and reimbursement of training-related costs for junior doctors across three metropolitan Auckland Hospitals. This role will focus on the reimbursement component of our services, ensuring that our processes remain accurate, efficient, and continuously improve to meet the needs of those we support.

**About the Role**:

- Process high volumes of invoice reimbursements daily
- Accurately enter and audit reimbursement batches to ensure compliance and correctness
- Liaise effectively with recruitment coordinators, team leaders, and RMOs to follow up on outstanding queries, ensuring timely processing
- Actively monitor, investigate, and resolve issues, collaborating with the Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Accountant to identify and reduce inefficiencies
- Maintain organised records, including batches, reconciliations, Excel spreadsheets, and other documentation in line with Health New Zealand procedures
- Complete reconciliations and other administrative tasks as required

**A bit about you**:

- Accounts payable experience within medium to large organisations, ideally processing high volumes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an investigative approach
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A professional, flexible attitude and willingness to support your team as needed
