**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll services, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies. Your role will contribute to the reputation of our Finance group as an effective, high-quality, and responsive function.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the Payroll system and maintain a strong relationship with our payroll system provider (Datacom)
- Deliver accurate and timely payroll services, including contractor reimbursements and related activities
- Ensure that payroll service delivery aligns with NZ legislation and regulations
- Champion innovative ideas for enhancing service provision and system development and lead the implementation of approved system and process improvements.
- Provide support during the implementation of new system and processes
- Build positive and effective working relationships with managers and administrators throughout the organisation
- **About you**:
- Relevant Degree in Business or Finance
- Demonstrated proficiency in using technology systems, particularly Microsoft and Excel at a high level
- Proven track record of fostering successful working relationships with colleagues
