**About the role. Mō te Tūranga**
- Support our independent travel brokers with transactional finance queries and process improvements.
- Perform key finance admin tasks including supplier payments, credit card reimbursements, and commission processing.
- Reconcile large data sets with speed and accuracy.
- Monitor and respond to finance-related queries via shared inboxes, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth financial operations and resolve booking-related issues.

**About you. mo koe**
- You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
- You bring intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, IF statements, tables) and are confident handling large data sets.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly customer service manner.
- You’re a proactive problem solver who can work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with Tramada and financial reconciliations is desirable but not required (along with a willingness to learn and adapt).
