- Head of People and CultureForbury is the leading provider of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Valuation software across Australia and New Zealand. Their customers include multinational corporations and ASX50 companies who operationalise Forbury software in the most sensitive parts of their financial processes - determining the underlying value of existing or on-market commercial real estate. Due to exponential growth with an expansion into the UK, they now require an experienced and dedicated Human Resources professional to join their national and international team.

Reporting into the CEO and working alongside fellow Senior Leaders, this pivotal position will take the lead in the strategic development and implementation of Forbury’s all-encompassing People and Culture responsibilities. It is essential that you continuously build and drive an innovative and connected values-based culture, here in New Zealand and internationally within their UK and Australian teams. As this is a newly created opportunity, there is some fluidity, so could be FTE or PTE but the expectation is that this position will develop as the business expands.

We are seeking an industry qualified and influential, intermediate to senior experienced Human Resources professional with proven ability to take the lead and demonstrate thought leadership. Experience with effectively communicating to a diverse audience along with a strong knowledge of local and offshore employment legislation is required. You will be commercially sound and agile and a previous background in the technology or high growth industry is an advantage. A hands-on, authentic, and strategic approach will be needed, as you will be joining an innovative, diverse, and highly motivated team seeking someone to match their drive.
