This is an exciting time play a part in delivering strategic people projects across the business. One focus will be enhancing our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) capabilities, contributing to the design and delivery of an outstanding DEI employee experience. Key responsibilities include: - Contributing to and delivering a DEI plan which enhances our people practices - Contributing to the establishment of people and culture playbooks that guide the delivery of world-class services in our regional businesses (across New Zealand and Australia) - Supporting the setup of systems to ensure foundational people and culture processes, policies, and practices are implemented; ensuring these processes are continuously improved and fit for purpose - Partnering with our Group leaders to ensure that they are supported to lead their teams **What's in it for you?** At Ryman we have ambitions to lead the industry at a global level.
